Anyone can report allegedly illegal content on CATUZIO. This page describes the notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the information a notice should contain.

You can report content that you consider illegal at any time, with or without a CATUZIO account. Send your notice by email to {{KONTAKT_EMAIL}}. Logged-in users can additionally use the report button shown on act and product pages.
We confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay and inform you of our decision and of the available means of redress (Article 16 (4) and (5) DSA). A complete and substantiated notice that lets us identify the illegality gives us actual knowledge within the meaning of the law.
Where we act on content, we inform the affected provider of our decision and the reasons for it (Article 17 DSA) and explain how the decision can be contested.
