Cookies and consent

This page explains which storage is technically necessary and where consent is controlled. The final privacy review names every third party with purpose, legal basis and transfer note.

Draft, not final

This page is a working draft. Which cookies, localStorage values and external scripts are active in production still has to be confirmed, and a lawyer has not yet reviewed it.

Necessary storage

Session and security cookies for login, account, guest checkout and abuse protection.
Language setting so CATUZIO opens in the chosen language.
Theme setting so the manual appearance is kept.
Cart in the browser so products are kept until checkout.

Consent

Optional features are activated only after explicit consent. Currently visible is in particular the home-city and geo-context control in the account.

Consent can be withdrawn in the settings. The withdrawal applies to future processing and is honoured in the respective product flow.

Third parties in checkout

Stripe Checkout and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own technical storage as soon as the user enters the corresponding payment or security flow.
